Infrastructure rebuild: zero downtime, autoscaling, continuous delivery

In progress: rebuilding the platform's infrastructure so releases ship continuously, without downtime, and capacity scales with load.

Context

The platform is heading from pre-sales toward live customers. The infrastructure behind it has to release often without interrupting anyone, and grow with demand.

My role

As team lead I own the architecture, and this rebuild is part of it.

What I built and decided

  • Target: zero-downtime releases.
  • Target: autoscaling.
  • Target: continuous delivery from commit to production.

Outcome

Not yet. This is in progress, and this page will be updated when it ships.

What I'd do next

Once it is live, track release frequency and recovery time so the result can be shown here with numbers.
